For the third consecutive year, Delta Gymnastics Brisbane, with venues in Ascot, Clayfield, and Kedron, was named Gymnastics Queensland’s Club of the Year.
It was a very triumphant night indeed for Delta Gymnastics Brisbane last 12 January as it bagged several other club and individual awards in recognition of their successes and efforts to develop and celebrate the sport of gymnastics.
Delta Gymnastics Brisbane’s very own coaches Wendy Gilliver & Joshua Parker-Sloan took home the National Levels Coach of the Year.
Whilst Georgia Godwin received the International Gymnast of the Year, Bobby Campbell Award, and the International Athlete Award of Excellence. Madison Thompson — last year’s Level 10 Australian representative to New Zealand, was named National Levels Gymnast of the Year.
The Club also won Staff Engagement and Mentoring, Performance Club of the Year, and Club 3000 — for achieving 3,000 membership milestone.
